The Jets have signed Kansas City long snapper Tanner Purdum, 25, a member of the Chiefs practice squad this season.  Could mean an end to James Dearth, 34, the Jets long snapper since 2001, who is an unrestricted free agent this season.  Yes, there were some questions about Dearth this season after
